r u warped?

how can I tell with out tearing the engine down if the engine is warped? it seems to be leaking oil but I pull the dipstick and it shows full. I have not driven it yet wanna get more done first. but i wanted to know if there was a simple way to check for this. it has a new oil cooler and the rad is clean so I don't think it has overheated.

I started it and ran it for 10 to 15 min and then reved it up a bit and let it run for another 25 min or so and it runs well just needs a tuneup. the oil is clean, but I figure that I will go and do the basic tuneup.

Any help would be appreciated.

Kyle

hard to tell have to degrease the engine before I can narrow it down right now it looks like the oil pan gasket.

If it looks like the oil pan gasket it probably is... a common place to leak oil. My had the front cover gasket leak. Where else would it leak oil from... oil lines, oil cooler.... Else I think you'd get a water leaK.

mine was leaking from the oil lines..

do u have the S1 or the crappy oil cooler?

the best thing is to clean the engine and put something clean like cardboard under it all night and in the morning u'll see what area the oil is dripping from..
