quick voltage question

quick voltage question

on the gsl-se ecu i have. it gets all the proper voltages except for on V it only get like 6.5v what do i do this is the only thing that doesnt have that proper voltage what do i do.

first whats wrong with the car?

without looking indepth V and O on the ecu receive main voltage 12 - 14V off main relay. If O gets 12 - 14V and or elsewhere also gets 12 - 14V on the RW (red/white) wire then use you ohmmeter ( power on circuit must be OFF!!!) and check continuity for the RW wire going to V on the ecu.... locate suspected source of high resistance or bad/burned connection and repair.
