Question for fellow 13B Mariah owners

Of course, years ago the shroud for the stock clutch fan had to go (not enough clearance with the 13B in there). Never a problem.

But, my question is: Have any of you gotten the Black Magic 150 e-fan (shroud and all) to fit as a puller ? No clearance issues ?

Talk to me, brothers !

Short answer: no. One of the shops that I deal with was able to find a fan that fit nicely. The bad news (for you) is that I bought the last two of that model that exist anywhere in the U.S.

I don't know why you are limiting the question to Mariah owners.. Is there a difference in the engine bay?

If not:

I was able to fit the Black Magic 180SX (Even better fan) in my car with minimal modifcation to the shroud around the lower radiator inlet.

Duh, brain fart on my part. Of course, any 13B into an FB could respond.

Thanks for your pic. Never heard of that model Black magic efan. Thanks. Looks nice.
