question about wheels

have a set of 4x110 for my 83 gsl, there is no name on them, just says made in england. they are 17x7 -- Does anybody know who makes these and what are they worth?

Might be compomotives if made in UK, whatever they are they must be worth something to an S1/S2 owner it's just finding one at the right time who wants 17's.
