question about Racing Beat Shocks..

i bought these off of the electronic bay a while back, and they came with this thing in the coil... i was wondering if anyone knew what it is. my guess is that it is for a spring compressor, to remove them.

oh, and i was also wondering, my car came with these blue shocks? are these tokico blues? or just colored oe parts?? if anyone knows.

It looks like a spring spacer, people put those in as a cheap fix for severel reasons, take it out you dont need it, nor want it.

I dont know about the shocks, so I cant comment.

Also what is that line you have running back there?

its my brake line, i think thats what your seeing. they rusted out, so i had to replace them all. and i had some extra line, so i coiled it, so i wouldnt have to cut it, and re-flare it.

i dont know about it being a spacer though, because it made the sprig lopsided...like its hard to explain, but the spring doesnt just space out, well it does, but only on one side, so it doesnt go straught.
