Project Update, need opinions!

I've finally gotten off my *** the past couple days to work on the project. Car has been down to bare steel all summer. All side makers are shaved, passenger side door lock, hatch lock, side mirrors. I've also welded in a stock sunroof.
I found a lot more bondo than I would have liked, but absolutely no rust except for one small spot in the drivers side bin (****** bin bullshit).
Here's my hump, I'm undecided about shaving the side grooves.
What do you guys think, anyone have pics of car that's been shaved? The rubber is off and staying that way.
Here's some pics too, I've probably got 30 hours in the body work now and about 60+ to go. So far the plan is a two tone, black on top of viper red. Hope to get it ready for pimer by the begining of next week, then about a gallon of bondo and a shitload of sanding, and that's only the begining.

Later
Joe

Seems like it would be alot of work, might smooth out lines. I have all my emblems removed and sidemarkers ahaved with no side moldings on it and it looks pretty good. Its painted in a torch red. rx7doctor

Lots of work, but it looks like it coming along. How are you going to do the two tone, like from the mirrors, fender up? That sounds pretty good.

Thought this was supposed to be done by summer?? lol
I kind of like the side moldings actually. Since you`re not putting those on, I would leave the sidegrooves. Looks too plain without them, I think.
