RB springs are too weak IMO. For a competitive autox/trackday/dailydriver it seems like 275-375 front and 125-175 rear with strong shocks is the way to go. Don't make my mistake and go with Koni Reds with anything over ~300. I've got mine on max and they still aren't enough to keep the car from bouncing =\ I need some yellows

Yeah, I'd be careful about rear swaybars. Making things too stiff back there will make you tail-happy
