Well after transfering the harness over from one car to another the power trunk/fuel door dont work... Everything seems plugged in to me. Checked fuses, everything ok. From what i could see is, that the rear harness(the one i swapped) plugs into the main front one, which then goes under the dash and has 2 connectors for the power trunk, and one for the fuel door. i know that the acutal power trunk is good as when i apply direct power it works. The rear harness is good because it was working before, and my tail lights are working right now.

any ideas??

Use the FSM or the Heynes to find out which wires make the trunk and fuel door work. Then go to the point where the rear harness connects up front. Apply the power directly there, to see if the wires between where the harness connects and the trunk/door are good.

If so, then your problem is not in your harness. If they don't work, it's between your harness' connection and the fuel door/trunk.

Troubleshoot from there. Once you know which half its in, you can look at other things.
