Power mirror problem on SE

Since just recently, my mirrors can only go down and right with my switch. The up and left keys get no response at all. I'm guessing it's just a bad connection at the switch... is there an easy way to pull that switch out?

If you can get the switch out, and it is not sealed try some contact cleaner.

I had problems with the pasenger side miror on my '85 GSL. I took the miror off one day, unpluged the miror form its plug and pluged it back in. The miror worked great after that.

So any way try that and see if your problem goes away. Other wise try contac cleaner on the switch.

good luck

Well, I tried that. For one, I couldn't get the bottom interior piece to come out more than half an inch (other connectors/controllers keep it in place). And secondly, I tried popping the switch out from the back, but it feels stuck in there. Do I just need to pull harder??
