power increase

what kind of an increase in power can i expect if i take off my cats and put on a header?
this is without changing the muffler
and if i were to change the muffler too what more woudl i expect

racing beat says 22% over stock with their whole exhaust system

so thats from 100hp to 122hp at the crank.

Hmm, using all the stock piping, and just replacing the cats with a test pipe and putting on a header, and based on racing beats estimated increase, my guess would be a 5-10% increase.

i wouldent say much increase at all if your keepin the same old muffler :[
