Power feed in dash/interior?

Hey guys, I am looking for a place to splice a 10g wire to inside the car. I was thinking of the cigarette lighter, but anything around the center counsole would do (without taking it all apart). I wanted to run a line to the battery, but there is no place to run the line through the firewall without drilling a hole through it and adding a rubber gromit. So, my question: is there a wire I can splice into that has constant power or power on the accessories, without going through the firewall?

The cigarette ligher is actually not constant power it is turned on by the ACC key switch, if you want constant power, the easiest one Might be off the clock ... what are you trying to run anyway?

Fuel pump switch. this way i have to flick the switch to turn on the pump before I start the car, or after I start it, before the bowls empty. i have it all set up, but just need a power source.
