It is possible if you can find someone to make an eccentric shaft, have longer bolts to run through the entire engine, etc. etc. etc. I'm not sure on the power increase or anything, but it is possible. There is also no telling how much the final cost would be. Probably a lot more than a 20b.

Definitely better off with a 20b in my opinion. The only reason I'd build a 3 or 4 rotor is to simply be able to say "I built this four rotor myself. Isn't that awesome?" I would just spend the money on a three rotor if I wanted it in my car. It takes far too much money to custom fabricate all that **** just for an engine that wouldn't even produce as much power as one you could have bought pre-assembled (assuming you go with building a three rotor.)

Of course this is all just within the educated guess that fabricating the eccentric shaft, balancing the engine, and doing all the other necessary things it would take to get the engine to run right would cost more than the cost of a 20b out of a Cosmo.

on average you can get one for $4000 with ECU and harness

or sometimes you can find an entire front clip for $6000-8000
