I was going to take my car out for a spin, and something happened to my car. I let it sit there with the choke on, had it warmed up and everything. I was driving it down the block [luckily], and it stalled when I was at a stop sign. I had my foot on the clutch all the way down and it just stalled, at first, I thought it's the gas but I ran my *** home and grabbed my left over gas for the lawn mower but it didn't work. I tried starting it up but it won't start, the motor will just spin. Could it be the alternator? Or the starter, but shouldn't be, right? Cause the car was already started. I have no idea what's going on, my bro even tried to think what's wrong and couldn't think of anything so I am here. Please help me! Thanks!

I also have a fuel pressure gauge, and it was up to 3 PSI when I tried to start it up. So I don't think it's the fuel pump, right?

Could it be a flooded Carb? I used to step on the gas a little when I start it up cause I thought it'd help, however, I haven't done that since my bro told me not to, so I have been using the choke to start the car. So I don't think that's a problem either.

Battery? I don't think so, cause my bro switched it out from his FB as well and didn't work. And all the lights go on when I try to start it and all, so I guess it could be either the starter or alternator?

There are a lot of different things to check for but you might be having a hot start issue. I cant say what the problem is but heres a thread that might give you some things to check for.

Problem solved! Took us maybe 2 hrs to figure out what happened. hahaha. Flooded the carb cause I think what happened was when I went autocross, I spun, stalled the car and tried to start it back up but I had my foot on the gas to help starting it up. I guess that's what happened, and flooded it. Now it's running fine. YAY!
