ok my problem is when my car first starts it smokes **** loads and i dont know y please help me someone

Blue/black or white smoke? how long does it last? until car is warmed up? what happens when you WOT the car while driving?

white smoke it last like maybe 10 seconds i does not do it while i drive

white, and 10 seconds? I wouldn't worry about it. It's coolant and a sign of an aging engine. Eventually will have to be rebuilt. But the symptom is quite common and it doesn't seem advanced in your case.
