Please Help!! Ignition problems.

I need help! I just swapped a 89-91 N/A 13B into my 84 GS, and I can't get the leading ignition to fire, the leading coil is firing, but there is no spark from the dizzy to the plugs. The trailing ignition is firing fine. I've swapped the dizzy, ignitors, coils, wires, and plugs for different ones, checked and cleaned all visible connections, checked for continuity on the trigger wire between the dizzy and the coil, checked for voltage at the coils and ignitors when the ignition is on, added a ground strap between the block and the battery, and cleaned the contacts in both distributors. The coils, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires are all new and tested good. Every once in a while, (very rarely) one of the leading plugs will fire once or twice but that's it. When I did the motor swap I also swapped the stock intake for the Racing Beat Holley carb/manifold. I was wondering if one of the plugs that used to plug into the factory Nikki needs to be shorted or something. I am all out of ideas, and becoming very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
