Please Help!

Ive done a search on this topic and tried everything, but still no luck. Heres the problem: every time it rains, the car will flood. 99.9% of the time, if it rains the car won't start. Usually I can get it unflooded, but not this time. The plugs are old (Maybe a year or so?) but they are clean. When i disconnect the fuel pump, the car will almost start. It will catch until the fuel is burned up. The second I reconnect the fuel pump, the engine will just grind and grind and grind until the battery is dead. I need to get this car started today, otherwise its going in the goddamn river. Whats my next move?

There is fuel because when i plug the pump back in, it floods again. the usual white smoke comes out when it tries to start, and no i havent used atf yet. Im not sure how to do that.

do a complete tune up, wires, plugs, cap and rotor, and have a good battery, believe me, your car will start and start every time.
