do u really want to know what paint i used??

NONE! haha its all original aluminum!! its just raing that makes it shine. otherwise when its dry.. the black is faded and theres some bare metal showin like there is some on the corner of my first pic.

there are 4 nuts i believe. 2 on top of each side to mount the louver and 2 on the bottom that u can screw off allowing you to push up to louver and prop it with the 2 props when u are washing ur car so u can wash the hatch glass. uh im not sure what nutsize but on the victoria british err black dragon catralog they sell all the nuts u need to attatch a louver. not sure if the abs plastic and aluminum are different. you might have to find a glass with holes or just take out the plugs that plug the holes on hatch glass that doesnt have louvers. im not sure.. but call vb to ask what u need to put on a louver.

are you talkin about the 2 nuts on the bottom of the glass or the top part? the bottom 2 are screw type that have a grip so you can unscrew it by hand easily and the top 2 are what hold the louver onto the glass. i think vb sells them. i might be wrong..

this nut?

these nuts?

same pic different angle

when the first pic nut is off...

im thinking u are talking about these nuts?

80s style louver with props! hah make it easy to wash the glass!

oh yea btw picture #2 and 3 are leaking water. i knew there was a leak in the hatch because theres water damage on my hatch carpet but never found the leak. since it was raining i sourced the leak where the screws are. i think its a rubber piece that goes in between the outer piece and inner piece.

hey thanks for the compliments! actually i try to take pictures of the good parts in my interior. haha! thats the headliner of course which is smooth leather or vinyl im not sure. but i have a leather interior. so far my car is 99% original. nothing has been done to it since my dad bought it off the delivery truck with 3 miles on the odometer from oak tree mazda, san jose. my rear carpet is shot because of sun and my leaks from the hatch hinges (im gonna try to buy item 59-263 shim-outer-rh-rubber x2 for $13.90). the two front leather seats are cracked and ripping. my floor mats need to be re-done and basically my whole carpet is fading/dried because of the sunbeat. my factory leather wrapped steering wheel is coming (the leather or whatever it might be) off that i can see the rubber part of the wheel which i might or might not redo, it depends. and my dash is cracked and my a pillar plastic pieces are turning into sand litterally there are crumbs of my a pillar all over the front carpet mats. and my exterior paint just looks shiny because of the rain but not so bad from a distance when dry too. just some oxidation. a little rust on the sun roof. as of now of my project restoration to bring back the car to its original state i need to get the engine in perfect condition then ill redo the interior and then exterior. yea sorry for the long history lesson. thanks again guys!

Not that everyone hasn't seen my Rx7s before, but here are some pics. Soon I'll have a GSL-SE to take up another parking space.

Blwfly, the door panel rotor graphics are simply iron-on media specifically made for black T-shirts. I just photo-chopped a rotor graphic to print (red) on the iron-on media. I was actually just goofing around as the door panels are temporary (cardboard, contact cement and cheap black felt fabric). They did turn out well, though; especially since the materials were less than $20. If I were to do them as permanent, I'd use 4mm thick black plastic corrugated sheeting and just get a my neighbor's sign shop to do a rotor-graphic decal.
