*sigh* You have much to learn young padawan
Frams are cheaply made. There's an oil filter study that has come up quite a few times which ripped apart 30 different filters looking at their internal construction. The frams are made with a filter element akin to tissue paper, attached to ends made of cardboard with crappy glue. There have been cases where Fram filters have disintegrated and fallen apart, with bits of the filter element being sucked into the engine.
IIRC the Frams also do not have anti-drainback valves, so the oil drains back into the engine. When the engine starts up, it has to pump oil all the way up to the filter and fill the filter with oil before your engine gets any oil.
I use Purolator PureONE oil filters. A little more expensive, but considering I do two or three oil changes per year, it's not a huge investment for that extra piece of mind. The study showed them to be among the best, with the only possible caveat being the filter medium is packed tightly which *could* cause flow restriction. I figured that since my car has an oil pressure gauge, I'd know if this was a real concern. It's not. My oil pressure stays solidly at 2 kg/cm2 at idle and 4kg/cm2 under load.
Other good brands are QuakerState (which is the local variation of the regular Purolator filters, not the PureONE), and some others made by Wix.
Use the search for oil filter study if you're curious.

Your car is in great shape!!! Muffler looks good no matter what anyone calls it!
Just hide the wiring for the fog lights it'll look abit cleaner.... but thats no biggie.
And I agree your g/f is cute, you're a lucky guy. I have a few g/f pics with my rx7, that could be a new tread someday. I see it in the second gen section every so often.
