Pics from our car club's meet up

Hi Everyone,

I thought I'd share some pics with you from our car clubs meet up on the weekend. There were mainly 1st gens there but also some old-school cars like RX-2s, RX-3s and '4s as well as some 2nd gens. 3rd gens (and RX-8s) are a little thin on the ground here in Oz.

Anyway - on with the pics!

Awesome cars!

The Land of Oz has the best first gen body kits, I wish I could afford the shipping to get 'em here, lol.

ioTus: I've attached a pic of the yellow car - it looks beastly but it's only running a mild port 12a. It's not the best pic, but it shows some more detail of the front bar and bonnet. The lightening bolts are cut into the steel.

Cody: You'd think everyone shops at the same wheel place the wheels on the RX-2 and RX-4 are the same, 17" Simmons FRs (same as AJC13B) but the blue 1st gens are Lenso wheels, also 17". Unlike lots of you guys, people here don't think 17s are too big for *anything*

Geoff,

What kind of rims are those on the pic in your sig? I realize they aren't the ones your car's sporting now, but I really think they look awesome.

Just curious

I don't have any more (yet). I might get sent some more later.

I can't see what you all like so much about it. It's different, but IMO it's a bit overdone. When the guy joins the club, I'll take some pics and get some info, OK?

cheers,

Ben

that bumper on the yellow first gen looks like its from a 2ond gen MR2.

i think the presence of the yellow car is cuz it has those side skirts as well, it looks a little wider than normal. i find that air dams make the cars look a little too narrow
