Does anyone have more info on the car? We're just commenting on one pic. Maybe... maybe it has some redeeming qualities... who knows?

Yeah maybe its a 3-rotor and could eat anythign out there.

Or maybe is a 1.1 litre 12a from the stock 79-80 SA models. If that is the case, yes it is riced. If it is a custom project, then no it is not (IMO)

The funny thing is, there's every chance that car would **** all over most of you in a race. If it's a Kiwi car (the poster was from NZ and they build some tough rotor's over there) then it's probably packing something decent under the bonnet. It's only Rice if it doesn't have some serious ***** to back it up.

Man That is awful that any one could do that to a poor unsespecting FB. Man the wing and the circa 1989 Mustang GT skirt has to go. The rims are ok but they just don't leave much rubber between you and the road.

This is my opinion NOT yours and beauty is in the eye of the beholder just remeber that. And BTW that is NOT the Mazda L6 colour my first RX was L6 and that is NOT L6 that is some crap rice colour and that is the end of my rant

thanks for listening

Agreed that its not my favorite. Not a fan of the color, or the body-work, but it isn't my car, and I'm sure the person who owns the car is quite happy/proud of his car. Who knows maybe its got some cojones to back it up. I'll I'm saying is be careful how and on what you pass judgement.

To each his or her own... I personally would not put that body kit on mine but the setup looks well done. The rims are a bit much but if it is setup a show and no go car well done.

On the hand if it were setup as a go and no show... well we could be looking at a shitty old rust bucket with a foamsealed chassis and seam welded uni-body that could blow our doors off, but would never have a chance at drawing positive attention.

Now if he/she was able to pull off both (unlikely with those rims and that much extra weight) that would be very and I mean very impressive.

Just my $.02

yep, the cars got a 13b j-port, so all assumptions are that it goes quite well. I like the kit, we don't really have an intense 'rice' problem over here so i don't yet hate anything with a kit.

It really doesn't matter to me what it has done to it. If it's slow, then it's slow and ugly. If it's fast, it's still ugly.

That reminds me of a riced out altima I saw a couple weeks ago. It said "The Phat and the Furious".
mah... I guess people can do what they like to their cars, but I can't help but find that kind of thing funny.

I think it's related to my car.

Anyways, I don't see it as rice. It's painted all the same color, and looks like a decent job.

Rice to me, is cheap fiberglass COPY of a specific bodykit, left unpainted, and poorly fitted.

It may not be everyone's "cup of tea" but its not bad. For bodykits, its at least pretty original looking.

Actually, I was just talking about the subject heading. I don't think the car is all that bad looking. Just not my thing.

Not that we're debating the meaning of rice, but to me it's kinda overdone, over-the-top add-ons: spoilers and body work that look tacked-on and out of place, noisy tubo mufflers on a stock engine, wheels that are too damn big for the car and hurt its performance instead of helping it, and so on...

BS???? WTF Pedestrian X?? The owner says it has a 13b j-port in it, why would he lie about it? I've heard it does 12.9's on streets. Don't wave the BS flag at me man.

Whats the deal with going on about 'riced out' they're all rotarys like it or not. I don't think rice applies to rotors at all. If the guy was a ricer he would have gone out and bought a vtec civic. What is rice?? A bodykit?? Some wheels that aren't Simmons, modgies, or hotwires?? Some paint that the owner just happens to like?? I thought rice was only stupid honda's with 1500 carby's and fake carbon fibre kits.

12.9 with a J-port? Seems awfully slow... oh, wait - maybe it has too much downforce?
