Parts Lists - Series 2 Renesis swap to 1st gen Rx7

I'm basically looking for a list of all the interconnected/coded parts to run as if were on an engine test stand. (Not counting battery, fuel pump, etc.)

After some searching I believe I'll need (from the same car?):

Gauge Cluster
Key Fob
ECU with complete engine harness

Not sure what else?

All I have currently is a Series 2 engine with stock manifolds/accessories. I want to keep the engine as factory as possible to run on the stock computer.

anyone here researched the swap yet?

I've done some casual research. Only thing I can think of (and I don't know for sure) in addition to what you already mentioned, is maybe the speed sensors. Now I don't know what one would do with them for the swap, but I know they are one the parameters that the ECU or PCM or whatever looks for to run the engine.

If you don't get enough hits from this thread, maybe you can reach out to Eydes2Rotor (here is His thread) and see if he can provide any insights. I know the engines themselves have some fairly big changes, but I can't imagine the Series 2 cars would be too far removed from the Series 1 cars electronically.

Don't you also need the gas pedal because of the fly-by-wire?

basically you want everything that plugs into the engine harness. from the rest of the car, ideally you'd get all that too, but it need the ignition key/lock and the gas pedal, and i think that may be it. just about everything else will have it running, and just throwing codes like something that throws lots of things

What size flywheel does the renesis engine use? I'm thinking of going peripheral port and Renesis parts are so cheap (even with milling the rotors to accept deeper apex seals), but I'd like to keep my transmission.

I have MazdaEdit and can use that to solve some issues.

I'm wondering if the drive by wire throttle body could be turned off so a normal throttle cable could be used in place...
