There is a black cup head bolt that goes through the rear hatch glass and secures the gas strut. On the outside of the glass the cup head is about an inch across. It is no longer available in Oz but I was wondering if you can still buy it in the States. Over here it is called a Nut Damper and the part number is MZ-8871-62-635A. I'd really appreciate knowing if I can buy one from over there. Cheers

sir, those are no longer available i'm sorry to say. i double checked for you in black dragon. i would post a thread in the for sale/wanted section her in the forum and see what yo ucome up with. in the mean time, hit up the boneyards and see what you come up with..
