The title says it all. I'm going to paint my irons, and I'd like to take them back to the original color. What was it?

 

its a grey. the 78+ irons are nitrided, and this leaves the irons a grey color. since the nitriding gives some corrosion protection, this is all they did.

the pre Rx7 irons are not nitrided, and thus painted black
