All I see is a black background, some sketchy yellow lines, maybe an arrow... and some totally illegible text.

If you're using CAD, turn it to white background and black drawing and text, then repost.

If your image viewer can zoom in, it will be a lot more clear. Still won't know what it is, but it will be clear.
