My guess is the hub centers should be the same size on either wheel to simplify center cap inventory. Did not realise you only wanted the spinners.

I am thinking of making my own for my stock rims because I will have to use them intill I get the money for tires for my new rims. And it will look like a rotory and it will spin.

I believe the back spacing on the SE needs to be 4 1/2". Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Yellowgslse, what is the offset/backspacing on your Panasports???
Keep away from the spinners, I don't think they fit the looks of the rims...

No. The rears don't rub at all, but the front driver's side does sometimes. But that's mostly due to the fact that when the previous owner had the spings installed, they forgot to put the rubber "boot" that the spring sits in, back on. So the car sits a bit lower in front that it should. With the boot on, there won't be a problem.

btw, I think my backup plan is the Konig Holes. I am 100% certain that they will fit.

I am running a set of mesh rims on my rex that are 15x7 with a 17 offset.
That seems to be a perfect off set to allow the rims to be flush with the fender wells.

Tried a "0" offset on my 85 gsl-se and it pulled out the fender but I think that rims is a 15x8.

Don't be too sure. I have tried a "0" off set in a 15x8 rim and with the Eibach springs it sits the car low enough where the rims pulled out my fender a bit as I tested them in the drive way. Imagine if I hit a bump thru a curve, ouch!

I hear ya'. But I've had these wheels on the car for 5 years, and I had "temporary" boots on the car for a short while, and no rubbing. In fact, even without them, it ony rubs at highway speeds over medium to large bumps and dips. Never in driveway/speedbump/turning situations.

I believe Fire85GSLSE may be right on fitment. I have heard that ZERO offset is not good for our SE model.
YellowGSLSE, do your Panasports stick out past the fenders?
FireGSLSE, did your Panasports have a ZERO offset as well or were they a possitive offset?

Can either one of you post Front/Rear/Side view of your SE's?
I would like to see the difference between ZERO offset and 17mm offset from a fender point of view.
Thanks
Joe

Based upon a previous post in another thread, there is risk of fender damange:

4x100 will not fit and the "0" offset is rub city on a stock FB even on the GSL-SE, trust me I tried a 15x7 ) off set on my gsl-se and it pulled out my fender.
I cut and pasted this quote from the thread on availability of the 0 offset Drag wheels (Panasport look-alikes) in the For Sale forum (https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=599629).

The superlite is available in a 25MM offset, which I think is just about perfect.

Well if you have rims on your car that are true "0" off set then thats cool. But what is the rims size? Tire Size? and are you running stock suspension?
I ask this because I was trying a 15x8 rim, "0" off set, my car has Eibach springs (sit lower than some other brands), tokico shocks, all the emission jusk has been removed so that has lightened up the passengerside a bit and makes the driver side sit a bit lower. Also I am 6'2" and 230 pounds.

Well the panasports are not the rims I was having issues with. The ones I have do not stick out past the fenders.
The panasports I have now are 16" rims, sorry.

I will see if I can dig up a picture of my 79 that I just had a set of Mash 15x7 rims with 17 offset. Those fit perfect on that car. That car has been swapped to Stock 85 GSL suspension with no upgrades.

BTW- soon I might be selling a set of 15" mesh rims in the 114.3 bolt pattern as well as my 16" panasports.
