Remove Air pump, remove ACV, remove Air valve thingy atback of carb with 2 bolts make blocking plates to cover the openings, remove cats, remove everything vacuum related and cap all openings. Simple and done

Yeah I had mine done like that for almost 3 years, and then I was told that I undid it cause a guru told me, never seen a difference..
