Oil Metering Pump replacement

On my 82 rx7, it looks like the OMP is frozen. It doesn't move or spring back. The car sat for many years. I'm gonna swap it out with one off my parts car. My question is, is this a strait forward job? Two bolts and it comes out? or is there anything lurking in there I should be aware of?
Thanks AJ

2 bolts and it comes off. Real straight forward. Easily rebuildable also. The rebuild kit is I think a gasket and 2 o-rings.

Nuttn toit.
After I replaced it I didn't measure the amount like the book says to do. But I did see the oil dropping out of the ports in the carb. If it's gettin anything that's more than before.
Done

that could still mean you arent providing enough lubrication to your engine. I would still recomend checking it or premixing a bit as well for supplement

Pineapple racing sells a rebuild kit and even have a video on how to do it - looks pretty simple-
