Question Oil leak / pressure problems

hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read my post, heres my problem:

i started to notice a leak on the drive way so i put some newspaper to see if i had an idea where it was coming from. i also took some pictures but they did not come out to clear, heres the link to the 7 pictures i have on photobucket (Before Fix Photos by jonnyboy_101 | Photobucket).

This morning i got under the car and tighten the screws on the oil pan,

some of the screws were lose and i was able to tighten them. but i noticed that both of the top screw's threads were gone and they kept rotating. after i tightened them it appeared that less oil was leaking, at the time i believed i fixed it but later i will tell you my reasoning.

so after i tightened the screws i toped of the oil and let the car sit for a while. when i came back, hours later, i tried to turn the car on but it was giving me the hardest time, idk if it was my fault cuz i gave it to much gas, but it was never that hard before. after i got the car on i noticed a lot more white smoke then normal, it was a lot colder then normal, around the 50's, regular is 70's. after i let the car sit for a while to warm up i noticed a bit more popping then normal and the oil pressure was low, so i check the oil (with the car on) but it was full. so I'm not sure why the oil pressure gauge was reading low. After the car was warmed up i drove about 4.4 miles. i gave it some gas to see if it might need some high reves cuz i notice sometimes the car runs better after some high rpms. the oil pressure was normal for a while around 30 on 1rpm, but half way of the ride on 1 rpm the oil pressure was below the 30, when i stopped i check the oil again but it was at the top, i looked under the car again and i saw some oil getting ready to drip. so i take it that i did not fix the issue just yet.

sorry if its a lot to read i just want to be sure i get my problem across clearly. thanks for taking the time to help. ill put a link here to the photobucket album of the oil pan after i tighten it, maybe in the photos you guys can spot a problem.

My car is always under 30 after warm up as it should be at 1K rpm. As far as "white gunk" . It's water moister that gets sucked in through a some old smog apparatus that's probably since been removed. My buddy solved the problem for me by drilling a 1/8 hole in the top of the oil top cap. No more gunk that allows the moisture to escape. Sounds like you stripped out some oil pan bolts by over torquing which I think those screws only take maybe 6 lbs torque. The way to keep a pan gasket from leaking is plenty of RTV.

Ok. I'm guessing RTV is the white forum looking stuff around the screws and oil pan. I'm guessing I need to put new RTV around the whole oil pan?
