Off set for 17" Wheels?

:-p sorry , that was dum. I would just go with whatever you have right now, a 17" rim shouldnt be that much different, so long as you use lower profile tires.

the offset for 17's woudl be no different than you're 16s.
offset and width are the two necessary parameters you have to worry about.
going up in diameter from 16 to 17 just means you'll want a thinner sidewall on your tire to keep the same rolling diameter.
