odd vibration

odd vibration

Ok perverts stop it. I get this vibration at about 2K-2.5K. I then goes away after that.

It may be that something is slightly out of balance and it only shows up at that engine speed. Kinda like how your tires can be totally fine until you hit 75-80 and then be fine until 110. My idea.

Might be engine related, thats about where the carb transitions from the idle circuit to the main circuit.

You say it shakes at 2-2.5k rpm, is that parked and out of gear type revving or driving down the road type revving? If you mean it vibrates while driving, then does switching gears change anything?

Also, you might try moving front tires to back/back to front and see if it changes the feel of it.

If it vibrates while parked and revving then I'd be worried, 'cause that would be motor or clutch (I guess).
