odd problem

odd problem

so when i sit at lights my car starts cutting out and i have to rev it to keep it going it idles fine at home but when i drive it sounds like the idle drops. and now when i shut it off it makes a poof sound like a lil backfire. anyone have any idea what that could be?

It's the rotronic fuel metering bypass rotor valve.

Sorry, you info is alittle spotty at best.
Are you saying that when you first start the car at home, It idles fine?
But after it comes up to operating temp, and you are sitting at a stoplight it starts to idle rough?
The last part is where you lost me. I think it's what I just asked above?

yup thats what its doing. therw the post together in a hurry so i could get to the parts store before it closed sorry about the choppy continuety of it.
