odd oil readings

ok this is odd after my car warms up my oil pressure goes to hell. when its cold(with 20/50oil) i get almost 110psi with the choke @ 3500rpm, after it warms up @4krpm im showing about 50psi or a little less. What would cause this? its a ported 12a with 12k miles on it we didnt replace the oil pill thing in the front of the e shaft or the thing in the rear plate.

The cause is the still stock rear oil pressure regulator (on the rear housing).
