odd noise in SE? LSD?

odd noise in SE? LSD?

recently i have noticed a whining kinda noise from either my tranny or Diff and im not sure wtf it is. its only under load and its near the back of the car. i thought maybe it was my lsd?? lsd is still working though. anyone got any ideas? the fluid is full and what not.

when my diff went out in one of my old SE's the diff was making a really weird humming/grinding sound.

did you check the fluid in both the trans and the diff?

yeah i checked the fluild and topped off the diff...i dunno ill take it apart during the winter...see whats going on with it.
