Now choke cable stuck!

I swear, I leave this car out in the cold for ONE damn night, it goes to hell in a handbasket! I think it's pissed 'cause the HONDA was in its place in the warm garage. Anywho:
1. The e-brake stuck, it's freed up a little, I'll have it checked monday by someone who knows what their doing. I'd rather not putz with brakes.
2. Electrical problem-vlot gauge dances all over the place when the blinker is on or brake depressed. I believe I found that one-bad ground.
3. The choke cable won't budge. I took the choke assembly apart, pulled the cable itself, froze tighter than Dick's hatband.
I'm soaking it overnight in liquid wrench, how easy (or expensive) is a replacement cable? If anyone has one lying around, I may need it. Or, any tricks to get it freed up?
Thanks!

Thanks, I may take you up on that. Speaking of the choke assembly, when I took the black plastic cover off, a square metal piece fell out. I've never had this apart before, wonder if there is a problem here as well. Before, the choke would pull out, but never went back in on it's own. I just pushed it. I could have just been impatient, because after it had run a while, I could pull the choke out and it would snap back in.
Should I go ahead and replace that as well?

The choke cable comes with the little black electric box on the end, id say if you buy a new one, you better get the vaseline out at the dealer counter its gonna hurt
