Question Winter too cold?

Ha, that's funny, I waited till the winter to do my swap. Perfect car working weather, sunny and in the 60's.

Four months ago I couldn't work in the garage--it was so hot.

But yea, you're up in Indy.

It's around 5-20 degrees here in the winter and i've no heater in my "garage". It's just a flimsy plywood shed.

Tony Robbins

Tony Robbins, Writer/motivational speaker. Try watching Shallow Hal with Jack Black and Jason Alexander from Seinfeld. Tony Robbins plays the part of a shrink in that movie.

On a side note, I'm pretty sure they're making fun of you 'cause they think you can't finish something and you need a little old school Tony Robbins motivation.

Yeah, i figured they were. I didn't get my objectives finished last semister because i didn't have a car to work on, i purchased it mainly for class so i'll have a project to work on there.

It was either working on my Rx-7 all day in 10 degree weather for about a week in a shed the size of most people's bathroom. Or have something to work on in class and get good grades while working in a nice heated shop with car lifts, air tools, ect.

The choice was clearly obvious.

Besides, it was looking at me with puppy-dog eyes, i couldn't say no.

I can't blame you. Indiana winters are a @#%. Trust me, I know! :-) Working in a heated garage is much more enjoyable also. That I wouldn't know, because I'm using a spaceheater in mine. :-) I can't blame you for wanting something to work on in class. IMO you picked a pretty cool car to do that with also. Good luck!

I can't even use a space heater in mine, mommy says it'll catch fire.
