i had some problems with my negative cable, the linkage on the driver strut tower, where the car would have no power. it rained the other day and when i went to start it the next day it didnt have any power. tried cleaning the bad spot, had no luck so i replaced the line with 2ga. i have one cable fom the neg on battery to strut tower, one from engine to strut tower, and the other wire to same spot on strut tower. i have a drycell optima battery so i dont think thats the problem. checked some fuses, then called it quits, dont think the fuses are the problem, but i really dont have any ideas on this so if you guys got anything that might help that would be great.

 

Is the main fusible link blown? The battery itself should be grounded at least twice.

 

well not sure what it was, but it works now. if it happens again i know where to come
