I pulled the ac out of my gsl se when I swapped in the TII motor. Now I have no heater or defrost. Someone told me I need this little plastic triangle piece out of a 1st gen without AC? Does anyone know what he was talking about? or if it can be out of any 1st gen or does it have to be an 84 or 85? Thanks

 

Heater and AC components are not connected if im not mistaken

if you have no heat, there is no coolant going to the heater core. It comes out of the drivers side of the motor, into and out of the firewall, and into the radiator.
