Question No heat

My car is not producing heat. I have looked over all the hoses that lead into the firewall and everything is connected. My car runs at a normal temp and shows at about the mid point on he gauge. A warm not hot( just wrmer then outside at 12 degrees) air comes out of the passenger window vent. I have removed the a/c and I just replaced the clutch. I own a 1985 rx7 12a. thank you

Check to see if you even have a thermo stat. If so, i'd reason to say someone has bypassed the heater core

You say you just removed your AC....does that mean you just removed the compressor or did you remove all components? Is it possible that you left the temperature control slide on the in dash control disconnected? You might not be switching the valve open that allows hot water to the heater core.

Its sounds to me like the valve that is operated by your temperature slide in the dash isnt opening and closing when it should. When you turn the temperature **** or slide (depending on year of car) to warm it should open a mechanical valve that will allow hot water to circulate out of the motor into the heater core, then your fan will blow across the now hot heater core, warming the air and circulate it into the car.

A lot of people convert their valves over to just mechanical and run heat all the time. The downside is your dash constantly has a hot heater core so during the summer you can kind of feel it. Positive side is you dont have to deal with stuck valves that operate with vacuum.
