no fuel supply around corners

Seems when I take left corners hard, it splutters and sometimes cuts out, requiring roll start to kick over again. Is this because of where the fuel line is placed in the tank? even on 3/4 full tank this happens I've got big fuel pumps aswell?

81 7 btw.

Not at 3/4 it shouldnt do that. Its prolly cause the holley float bowls being side to side. What floats do you have? Jet extensions?

I have all th goodies on my Holley, and it does that whenever I make a fast U-turn, or hard 90 degree turn.

The price of a Holley...

My racecar started doing that after I upgraded from stock fuel pump to carter pump and regulator. Do you have the stock pump or an upgrade? I (think I) figured out mine had to do with how it was mounted. I'll let you know in a week whether I fixed it or not. It had the same symptoms as you're describing, though.

yeh I've got 2 diff fuel pumps, one is bigger then the other. I got 2 buttons/switches below steering wheel. I use the big one if I take it above 5000rpm and the little one when I'm just putting around. The big one is sooooooo noisey lol

the remedy for this on the Holley is to get the center pivot float bowls. I've had the same prob, raising the float level helps some but not much.
