I am going to purchase a new water pump soon, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what brand(s) to buy and not buy. I want one that will work for a while, and would be willing to pay the extra ten to twenty dollars for the better one. Also, checker had this Imperial universal electric fan, and I was wondering if anyone had tried it? Thanks in advance.

 

I didn't think there were a lot of non-factory choices for RX-7s, but I don't think you will ever go wrong with a factory pump. I am aware of a fair number of rebuilds at cheaper prices (ebay lists them for one), but I haven't seen a "better" aftermarket unit for more $$ than the OEM piece. Any one else?
