Question new spark plugs, new muffler, noticing a little smoke now...

hey guys, just today i replaced my spark plugs (with the breq14 or whatever, the ones we are supposed to use) and a few days ago i put in a RB power pulse muffler. While I was driving to work today, after about 10 minutes of normal/slightly spirited driving i noticed a bit of smoke when i was in second gear. it was a very light smoke, and i only noticed it when i was in low rpm's (under 2000, right when i shifted) is that normal...?

i'm hopeing it's just the muffler burning off some excess stuff or the new plugs burning a little better or something... anybody have any ideas or had this happen too?

It might be the muffler. Keep an eye on it for a few days.

I wouldn't worry too much about smoke while shifting or deaccelerating, unless it gets bad.

it smelled at first like burning paint, and it still does just a little.

faye, it is getting cooler, but not so cold that you would see exhaust in the middle of the afternoon ;-) ::maybe:: in the morning just as the sun is coming up... but even then, not likley. (i assume that's why you asked)
