New Shocks
It's quite easy, actually.
Remove the rear lugnuts.
Jack the car up, support it on stands (I use the frame brackets for the lower control arms).
Pull the tires off.
Pull the rear trim panels out.
Find the shock and remove the bolt at the bottom of it (it connects to a bracket on the axle).
On the inside of the car, detach the top of the shock.
It should just pull out.
Re-installation is the reverse, although I found that I needed to jack the rearend up and down a little bit to get everything lined up just right.
You can get a more detailed description of the process from the factory service manual, or even the Haynes manual. I may be missing a step or two, because it's been a little while since I've done this, but it's really quite easy.
