New Exhaust Installed Pics and Vid
Here's a video and some pics of my new RB Muffler and Straight Pipe. The thing is so much louder but still not totally obnoxious. There's plenty of kids where I live driving Civics and crap that are way louder than me so I'm not too worried about getting a ticket. But I notice a real difference in power now. It actually got quieter with the RB Muffler, the straight pipe is what made it loud. Here's the video link for anyone that's interested in how loud this setup is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZ2a35NJFVQ
As you can see in the pictures my old muffler was pretty beat. After driving more than 10 minutes I would start getting dizzy from all the exhaust blowing back.

Very nice indeed. Your's will be definitely be tame with the stock manifold. My current set up on my SA is RB header straight back to the same RB muffler you have. It's still nicely toned around town and she sings when I open her up. The thin walled piping I have though is getting annoying, makes it sound like I have an exhaust leak

Nice.. I can't wait for 2009, my GSL-SE will be 25 years old and no longer subject to emissions testing! I want to do the full RB setup, the one that maintains the 6-port on the SE engine.

shiot rearview, you just gotta find the right place, thats all. I run a header and a weber that runs way to rich and I still passed. Just cost me an extra 20

Thanks for the comments, yeah I'm liking it. I have noticed it seems to pop or something on the down rev. I think it's because my stock connecting pipe has some leaks where the welds are on it. It's super old and rusty too. I've got a friend who welds I'm going to hit him up and see if he can do something with it maybe.
I'd like to get a header eventually, I'm sure I'd see some real power increase then. Would a header make it much louder?

ah that might explain it ... you're not using their headers. It will make a very noticeable difference once you get it. Most of the difference will be in how much faster the engine will rev at higher rpm range, but that is also what gives you the most HP of the system, The but either way its a "system" so if one is not the highest performing, then you're whole system will be just as weak as that part.
As far as noise levels, the RB system is actually a really nice compromise. If crusing its not too loud, but when you give it, it rewards you back.
