Cool New cold intake install(Carb)

This is in preperation for my EFI installation, works good for the carb too.
Can't have enough fresh air! The scoop is a headlight intake duct(standard fare in racing supply catalogs), ducting is Home depot 4inch. I used a 4 inch holesaw on a drill and made the hole from underneath instead of trying to drill from the top which can't be done due to the headlight assembly.
Used a heat gun to bend the bottom lip of the duct(ABS) and it fit perfect in the spare hole in the front of my airdam, overall I'm pretty happy with the result.

I've had this duct installed for about 2 months and it seems to not hurt anything, my carb needs an adjustment so the answers is....I don't know yet.
Gotta make a new inner tierod for my R&P steering, I bent the drivers side at the last drift event. Then I can get it back on the road, still waiting for my metal building to show up so I can have a real shop to play in.

I don't know if you drive that thing all the time, I am assuming you don't, but if you do wouldn't that suck up water like a ****?

I do love the way it looks though, and if you are going to do a cold air type setup that definitely looks like the way to go aside from the sucking up water thing.

Noice, I was going to drill a hole in the back of mine I still want the foglights in the wholes and I figure there is enough air going around them that'll still work.
