New to the board buying a GSL-SE

Whats up everybody. I have been wanting an RX-7 for a long time and Im finally getting my chance! I originally wanted an RX-7 for the SCCA Pro-7 class, but since at the time I was only 18 and that was not a realistic dream. Im now a 20 year old mechanical engineering student, so I still dont have lots of money, but i have enough to buy a rex. Plus I couldnt pass up this deal.

Alright enough about me, Here are the facts about the car

84 gsl-se with approx 150,000 miles

fresh streetported 13b with racing 6 port sleeves from pineapple racing ($2500)

new radiator, hoses, starter, water pump, , fuel injectors, ignition coils, spark plug wires, clutch, motor mounts.

aftermarket light weight drive shaft

bonez exhaust ??

Aftermarket springs and shocks, not sure yet on the brand

spare tranny and various parts

fresh black paint

$1000!!!!!!!!!! Im buying it from my best friends older brother. thats why im getting that kinda of price. It needs work on the trans and rear end, but who cares that still a great deal.

Ill post pics as soon as I can. Im picking up the car tomorrow. CANT WAIT!!
