well guys i got a good deal i just can't pass up a free 81 rx-7 bright red and in suprizingly good outward appearace i haven't look under the hood yet but i'm guessing it has the 12a motor, so heres my question can it be turboed if not i may be able to get a 13b pretty cheap, and what else can i do to get more hp im lookin for 200+ rwhp when im done

well after tomarrow i will hopfully know if the car is in running condition and what the whole story is but a freebie is a freebie so i think its gonna come home well the info on here has already been very helpful you guys have a great forum here

if its the stock motor it will be a 12a.
yes you can turbo a 12a, lots of people do it and they produce 200RWHP easly.
one of the main heads for 12a turbos around here is robert from rotaryshack.com check out the site as well as talk to gregs, iotis(sorry if i spelled it wrong), and coldy13. im sure they will have no problems telling you about there setup. they all run stuff from rotary shack.
