Need Some Ideas

I just need some answers so i can solve the problem with the valuable information given to me by you kind folks.

What would cause the float bowls to empty faster than they could re-fill?

My Setup is a 4lb aftermarket fuel pump to a stock nikki. The fuel filter is located just before the carberator's inlet line.

Deleted the rollover valve.

Carb is rebuilt properly and float levels at IDLE have not been tampered with. They are dead nuts.

Under WOT the front float bowl will slowly lose all fuel until the load is decreased on the engine. Then it re-fills to the proper float bowl mark.

I have taken off the emmissions. This was done about a year ago. It ran fine until i did my first carb rebuild. The one i have on it now is a new one from a junk yard with all new gaskets.

I have cleaned the gas tank and ran a suitable carberator cleaner through the tank to the carb.

Carb and crankcase is all vented properly.

Ideas:

The inline fuel filter is too small. (It's only 10 micron)

Somehow the needle valve in the float bowl is not opening fully?

I know the FP is running more pressure than stock.
- Wouldn't this just provide too much fuel rather than not enough to supply the fuel bowl?

Thanks.
Eric
