Hey, I tried searching but didn't find anything related to this. I took my sunroof off for the first time since I actually bought the car, and found out that the sunroof mounts (for lack of a better term) are rusted all the way through. I want to replace them, but have no idea how to go about getting some new ones. Is there any company out there that produces them, or would I have to go to some machine shop and get new ones custom made?

 

do you mean the J-hooks on the front of the sunroof panel?

 

Just post up a classified ad in the 1st gen classified parts section. I'm sure a member will have what you are looking for.

 

yeah, I had no idea what they were called, the J-hooks, and thanks doc, I will do that.
