Yes... But ok i just found my problem and like i said I need help right now!!!! My block off plate didnt hold... When i was removing the stud it broke and when i was tightening the block off plate in one of those bolts broke as well so im wondering what can i do???? Only 1 bolt can be used to hold the block off plate but it isnt enough.... Would some kinda liquid weld crap or something work? Thanks for the help please respond ASAP!!!

I would suggest some epoxy, but i dont think you will have the time as it takes 24 hrs to cure, maybe more. I may be talking out of my ***, but I believe you could epoxy it and use the backing plate as a mold to keep the epoxy in place.

actually this is kinda what I did and im praying to god it works... I got some cold weld and spread it all around the outside edge of my block off plate then on the one nut that wasnt broken i put on a couple larger washers in order to more evenly distribute some pressure on the plate im gonna let it cure overnight I sure hope it works....
