Need help using 2nd gen starter

Okay guys, I'm trying to use a 2nd Gen N/A starter on my FB. I know it works, a bunch of people have done it in the past. I need help with the mounting bolts. The bottom starter mounting bolt for the FC is the same as the FB. The top one is different. The top bolt hole on the FB starter is threaded. The mounting bolt goes thru the back of the engine, thru the trans, and then finally threads into the starter.

I don't have the FC nut & bolt but from what I understand, the top FC bolt goes all the way thru the engine, thru the trans, thru the starter, and then there is a nut on the back. No threads in anything. Right? I was going to buy this nut and bolt from onlinemazdaparts.com so that everything would swap over to the 12A nice and clean. But looking at the FC parts diagram, I can't tell which one I need. The parts diagram stinks. You can't tell which bolt goes in which hole. Can anyone confirm for me?

It looks like I need bolt #9980-01-0135 and nut #9994-01-000 to make the FC starter work in my FB. Right? Bolt #18-401 appears to be the bottom starter bolt, which would be the same as my FB. Correct?

Thanks,
Jamie
